R3 Real Estate Center

by BizWords on November 1, 2011

This month, VSBiz would like to introduce you to a unique real estate firm nestled in the heart of Valley Springs.  R3 Real Estate Center.

The name of the firm comes from the idea of synergy, or “the power of 3″ working together for everyone’s benefit.  R3 Real Estate Center, Valley Springs, California

Everyone at R3 Real Estate is proud of the fact that there is no agent competition within the firm. If you talk to one person, it is fine to continue the conversation with someone else at the firm – they all work together to help the client. This “team concept” of doing things enables the firm to operate seven days a week.

R3 Real Estate Center has concentrated on the perfection of the short sale.  R3 Real Estate Center works primarily with buyers, as this gives them the greatest latitude in doing business in the manner that they choose to do it – always working for the benefit of all.  They specifically do not want to be in the position that they have to do something a certain way – even though it’s not in the best interest of their clients – merely because some third party expects it.

Perry Willard, the broker at R3 Real Estate Center, has been in the real estate business since 1998, first in Anchorage Alaska, then moving to Valley Springs around 2001 – working first as an agent for ReMax. While a leading agent in sales at ReMax, he wanted to do more for his clients and so the R3 Real Estate Center concept was born.  In 2005 Perry established R3 Real Estate Center.

Working as a team, Perry and his wife Cheryl were later joined by Christina Acierto.R3 Real Estate Center, Valley Springs, California

Perry expresses his personal satisfaction in the reputation they have earned for their success in the short sale process and the prevention of foreclosures.  Many of their new clients come to them as a referral from someone they’ve been able to help, and who have experienced the first rate service that R3 Real Estate Center has to offer.

When we arrived folks were lined up for the salad bar, and frozen yogurt. The shop is a nice size, and located just next door to the Subway in [...]

Gold Country Honey – a sweet surprise!

February 9, 2011

I have always considered myself someone who is “okay” with honey, but not someone who gets real excited about it.  Honey has always been kind of a nice option – once in a while.  Mostly, I reserve it for adding to a hot cup of tea occasionally.  (I usually don’t sweeten my tea, but once [...]
